1. Acceptance of Terms By using PizzaOrdering.site and our phone-based ordering service, you agree to these terms.
2. Independent Service Provider We are an independent pizza delivery coordination service. We operate as a third-party facilitator connecting customers with local pizza vendors. We are not a pizza manufacturer and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any national pizza chains or franchises.
3. Ordering & Fulfillment
Orders are placed via phone and are fulfilled by local partner vendors.
Prices and availability are determined by the local vendor at the time of the order.
Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, or vendor workload.
4. Payments & Refunds All payments are processed securely. Refund requests must be directed to our support line within 24 hours of the order.
5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
